It made a lot of sense for Grey A. Wilson and Beau Harrison to team up to form Oak City Homes. Grey, with roots three generations deep in the Triangle real estate development, building and management businesses, has watched the suburban area grow over the last decades from inside the Raleigh Beltline to the edge of Wake County and beyond.
